DVM offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments which are located across three levels within the different buildings and are all available for leasehold.

You may add finishing touches to the apartments however the overall interior design will be created and finalised by DVM to ensure a coherent look for renting and re-selling the apartments.

No. However, The Double View Mansions Bali offers an innovative and efficient rental pooling system providing credible returns. To ensure greater security, consistency of offering and consistency of marketing, it is not allowed to commercially rent or manage your apartment outside the rental pooling system provided by DVM.

The legal ownership of your luxury Canggu apartment is legally classified as a leasehold.

Leasehold is a form of property tenure where one party buys the right to occupy a building for a given length of time (in the case of DVM until April 2061). A lease is a legal estate, leasehold estate can be bought and sold on the open market.

A leasehold thus differs from a freehold where the ownership of a property is legally purchased outright and thereafter held for an indeterminate length of time, and also differs from a tenancy where a property is let (rented) on a periodic basis such as weekly or monthly.

Until the end of the lease period the leaseholder has the right to remain in occupation as an assured tenant paying an agreed fee to the owner. Terms of the agreement are contained in a lease, which has elements of contract and property law intertwined.

The DVM apartment owner purchases the leasehold from the Indonesian company P.T. Indo Bhali Makmurjaya (IBM). DVM is a company acting under the umbrella of IBM.

The down payment is USD 5,000 which will be deducted from the total price of the apartment. The payment schedule will be 20% of the total purchase price upon signing a binding sale and purchase agreement (Right of Lease). A final 80% – 5.000.Payment will be made when the buyer signs the lease contract at the notary office.

The Double View Mansions allows you to commercially rent out your apartment through a rental pooling system. A comprehensive description of responsibilities and services whilst maintaining, managing and marketing your apartment will be provided. The apartment owner can expect a net positive income (ROI) due to this efficient rental pooling system.

In order to shield the value of the luxury apartments, the operator and DVM management team will look after marketing your apartment should you decide to sell in the future. The on-site management company will look after your luxury Canggu apartment when you are not in Bali.

Traveling to Bali

A 30-day tourist visa is available free of charge upon arrival. If you are unsure whether you wish to stay between 31 and 60 days, you may purchase a Visa on Arrival (VoA) which can be extended once from the original 30 days to a 60-days stay (depending on your country of origin).
